Ever feel like you need about 10 hours more sleep and you just got out of bed? Reaching for coffee more than you should and suffering from caffeine jitters?

To use: To use the shower steamers you need to run hot water to fill the space with steam. Then sprinkle some water on the square and let it fizz a little so Essential oils can evaporate and cling to the steam. The shower steamer will fizz and dissolve a little. It can be used in a couple of showers.
Do not place Shower Steamers under the running water. For best results place it on the shelf around your head level.
Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthol, Lemon Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Rubbing Alcohol, Water.
